My Background

I am a California State Certified Massage Therapist with 32 years of experience.  I am trained in many modalities including: Swedish, Prenatal, Lymphatics, Oncology, Infant Massage, Reflexology and Acupressure. 

In 2017 I completed a 300-hour certification in Oncology Massage through Massage Institute in Davis and earned a Manual Lymph Drainage Certificate through KLOSE in order to provide safe and comprehensive touch therapy for those affected by cancer.  I am also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Health Mentor and have a B.A. Degree in Physical Education from Chico State.

I absolutely love my work, helping people bring peace and comfort into their bodies and their lives.
